Cutback Bitumen MC 3000
The cutback bitumen is homogeneous and will not foam (as observed visually) when heated to application temperature. The various grades of cutback bitumen (medium curing type) conform to requirements prescribed below :
MS 159 : 1994
Specification for cutback Bitumen for use in the Construction And/or maintenance of Pavement
(First Revision).
